welcome to mandira

mandira is a sacred dwelling for heart opening and remembering. Rooted in Sanskrit, mandira (मंदिर) means “temple” or “abode of the divine.” It carries the essence of mana (mind, spirit) and dira (dwelling, sacred space).

mandira is not just a place or a studio, it’s a frequency. A living current of devotion, presence, and transformation.

Every offering at mandira is a reflection of that frequency; intentionally created to support embodied healing, spiritual remembrance, and deep, lasting transformation. Our co-founders, Maggie Taylor and Sue Longo, lovingly curate the experiences you’ll find here. All gatherings are infused with care, reverence, and inclusivity. You are welcome here.

Some of our offerings include:

Healing & Embodiment
Somatic practices, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed guidance, meditation, and breathwork to release stored tension and return to your center.
